I spent two hours this morning prodding at a very large, very painful red spot in my armpit that I've dismissed as a zit for the last month.  Sure enough, I pulled out an ingrown hair that was an inch long, which wasn't even visible on the surface.  Talk about pain!!  An hour later, I still can't put my arm down.

Maybe I'll walk around doing a teapot impression all day.

Witch Hazel soaked gauze.  Changed frequently.   Then Neosporine.

Good suggestion, thanks!  I'm going to have to go get some witch hazel.  I hear it talked about all the time but I don't have any.  Neosporin I do have though...

:o  That sounds like it hurts!  I had one of those inside my nose before, absolutely no fun at all.   :(

I wish you a swift recovery and hopeful vibes that it doesn't happen to you again.~

I spent two hours this morning prodding at a very large, very painful red spot on my chest.

Oops, it's a nipple.  ;D

And it's itchy too. How can I tell if it isn't just a big spider bite and this whole HRT thing is a sham?

I did that, but most of it's memory is totally suppressed. It comes out in such 'why would I possibly know that?'
I know so very little about a couple yrs of my life.
