what other non-function stuff?   Sure, a vagina is more high maintenance than a penis, but that's just part of life as a woman.  I notice I tend to have naturally wetter days and drier days now, but lubrication is never really a problem, and nothing a little purse-sized tube can't cure.

How does it work?  It works fine, thank you.  Of course it's tight, but my boyfriend has no complaints.

I agree - "What non-function stuff"  Mine works as it should, I lubricate just fine, and pee just fine.  I enjoy playing with it, and it's fragrance, yep it works great.

Only 6 months in but feeling pretty darn good about it. =) I have been quite surprised at the natural lubrication when I get turned on *giggle*

best method is so dependent on what you are looking for and where you are willing to travel and what you are willing to pay and what sort of recovery time you are willing to tolerate.  And what might be 'best' today may not be the 'best' a decade from now (your stated timeline).

Some of my decision all those years ago was based on cost and my willingness to take a shot with the figurative new kid on the block (Brassard was just getting started and was practicing with Menard at the time)...I do not regret that decision one iota.  And yes, I have seen the work product of others up close and personal...once because someone was showing it off and the other because, well, we slept together.

Yeah it's really different for everyone. Do your research. Read about other peoples' accounts, read surgeon's websites, etc etc. Figure out the best options for you and then start narrowing them down. Good luck!
