Hello everyone my real name is Kevin, but everyone here can call me Claire.  I am a 21 year old mtf transgender.  I have felt like i was female my whole life and suppressed those feeling the whole time, but have just recently accepted me for who I am.  I just started to go to therapy for what I am going through and the therapist I have is amazing!  The only person I have told about this is my sister and plan to tell my parents in the next few days.  They already know I am bisexual and are very accepting of it.  They say they will love me no matter what my choices are and what I go through.  Hopefully they will be alright with what I am going through now.

Welcome to one of the greatest families on line; Susan's.

I'm really pleased you have had such a good start to your journey. Your parents and sister are certainly exercising unconditional love for you, which is priceless in today's community. Plus you have accepted yourself without too much "rattling"; and you have a good therapist to boot.  Good grief, all your ducks are lined up ready to be shot.   That's awesome. 

You have an amazing attitude already, that is going to take you places you never thought possible, to experience a life unimaginable compared to your present mindset. The post op girls here will inspire you to heights beyond your dreams, and it is pure reality.

Make the most of it, and don't give anyone permission to put you down, This is your life. Embrace it,   enjoy it, It's the only one you'll ever have.  Inspire the rest of us with your success.
