I'm obviously not on the same kind of hrt as you are, but I am an active sleeper. I talk in my sleep and occasionally partially act out my dreams.
Not too long ago I dreamed the BBC was broadcasting clips of the screams of individuals suffering in subterranean hellscapes (lol I though they were so crass to do so), and I went to change the station, and the next station was playing the same thing...I woke up falling out of my bed, clutching the clock radio, which was blaring static.
I frequently wake myself up talking or laughing or whatever, basically kinda blurring the lines between my sleeping and waking worlds.
I started hrt a few weeks ago, and I've definitely seen an increase in my odd sleep behavior, but then it's also a stressful time of year for me.
I don't know where I'm going with this, or how it relates to your situation, but I have weird sleep stuff and it often flares up when I'm experiencing physical changes (i.e. it increases when I have surgery or change my eating habits, etc).
