Hey everybody.

I'm new to the community. I came out to my family as questioning late last year and was given the "if you want to destroy your life, we don't want to hear about it" line. It's been a pretty confusing couple of months since then. I didn't even know forums like this existed until very recently, so here I am, looking for advice from folks who have been there before, and who do want to hear about it... maybe?

Hope some of you guys can help me out, and that I can return the favor at some point.

Hi and welcome aboard.  One of the mod's will be along soon no doubt, to as we say, 'give you the good oil' on how the place runs.
Families can suck sometimes.  Unfortunately unlike friends we don't get to choose them.  When we are old enough we can leave though.  Hope yours come around, otherwise there are lots of nice people here who can help take their place.  Hope to see more posts from you soon.

Karen.

Hi Charlie,

Relax, we care. and we want to hear about it and to talk about it. And we are not frightened of it. No matter what 'it' is. So pull up the chair crack a coolie and tell us the goss.

Hi Charlie,
Another of the branding iron wheeling Aussie Mafia Girls Pack swinging by with a mighty big Aussie welcome. Sure, we'd love to hear how you have coped with this profound change in your life. Did it come to you as a big surprise that you feel this way, or has it been growing on you slowly? Either way, it's a massive gift to unwrap.

Lots here unwrapping theirs. Plenty of info and resources to help you unwrap yours. So don't hesitate to ask. We are all family here; by choice. Look forward to hear from you as time goes by, in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.
Lotsa huggs
Catherine

P.S. You can relax now Devlyn. The GODMOTHER has locked the branding irons away in HER cupboard.  ;D
Hope the scars are fading
