Twin sisters undergo sex change in Shanghai hospital

They are the first twins in China to undergo the gender reassignment surgery, said doctors of the PLA 411 Hospital in Hongkou District.
The hospital said one of the twins has left for home while the other is still recovering from the surgery.

The doctor in charge at the People's Liberation Army Hospital 411 in Shanghai said cases like the siblings from Yunnan are few and far between even in the world, reported Youth Daily.
