Columbus, Ohio Doctors?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a doctor in the Columbus area who is trans-friendly to see for a HRT prescription. I can produce an HRT letter from my old therapist if needed, but I'd also be interested in doctors who are willing to prescribe hormones with informed consent. Also, I don't have health insurance at the moment, so ideally it would be a doctor who is open to payment up front. Can anyone in Central Ohio help out here?
