I can't advise on the scrotum, as it might be useful if you want SRS down the track although a lot of surgeons don't like it.
I had planned on SRS at the end of the year, but the Surgeon in Melbourne I was planning on consulting now only operates one day a week, so I will have to wait until the end of the 2013 Uni year.  As a result I am going to treat it as 18 months as a non-op, unless I decide on an Orchi in the meantime.
It is good to hear that the effects have been  positive for you. Has function changed at all?

Hi Xena ,
A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.
There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in and start talking.
I'd go along with Karen's advice about the scrotum. Leave it till later. Hope your programme is going to schedule.
Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine
