How do we clean depth of a vagina?

Unlike a biological woman's vagina which has an Ovary and Uterus in the end, what a transsexual's vagina has in the end? A wall? a dead end? What? What if a man has ejaculated deep inside? How do you clean it? Do the surgeons give you something like a bottlebrush together with the dilators or something? Please clarify.

I can't believe I am going to answer this, but ...  ???
How do all women clean themselves, it is called a douche.
;D ;D ;D HAHAHA I can't believe I just answered that  ;D

Personally I was horrified at the thought of a bottle brush.  I guess the question is valid though from someone without any feminine hygene background.

The question may be serious, it is just a little embarrassing.  :o
Anyway - a douche shoots a jet of (water and vinegar for me) up the vagina. It does a good job of cleaning. Although there are a lot of prettier smelling feminine hygiene products at the drugstore.
Keeps you smelling fresh and helps prevent the dreaded yeast infection or urinary tract infection (and I have had both - very painful)
I have never heard of a vaginal brush - sounds painful

The vagina is a self-cleaning oven. Gravity and vaginal flora will take of the stuff inside. Douching (with vinegar) kills the flora, which is bad. It should only be done if there are unusual odors or discharges.

i douche with warm water after sex. Warm water doesn't kill things as much as people think.  I don't use vinegar. Warm water always works for me.

Not to get too involved with this conversation but the smell of a vagina a few hours after sex if you don't clean is not appealing.....at all.

The vast majority of what goes into any vagina that ends in a uterus (it's not just trans women who don't have one of those, since some cis women have had hysterectomies as well) doesn't travel *into* the uterus either. (And never the ovaries!) The cervix is usually pretty tightly closed, and when it's not, it's still not permitting a great deal of material to get through. In other words, cis women have to deal with ejaculation that slowly flows back down over the course of a day or two, too. And yeah, it's not always that appealing a process, but it all does eventually get cleaned out.

The people who say that vaginas are generally - barring infections and other abnormal situations - entirely self-cleaning are correct. "Routine" douching with anything that can alter the vaginal flora is definitely a bad idea; in fact, Brassard's material is very firm about stressing this point. He recommends douching for two months immediately after GRS to keep the surgical sites as clean as possible, but once things have healed up, he says to stop and let nature take over.

My cheeks hurt from laughing at that picture.

Jamie, have you ever considered taking to the stage as a stand up?

A point that is seldom mention by doctors, nurses, and that most TS woman do not know is that the the skin of the inverted penis undergo a change from stratified epithelium, to pseudo stratified epithelium, to a sort of mucosal epithelium. Thus, after some time the flora growing in the TS vagina is not different than those of the natal ones, like wise, their own secretion tend to have a self cleaning effect. Like with any vagina, as already mention by other, an occasional douche with warm water should suffice.

well..  I guess there goes my fantasy of doing it at night and immediately rolling over to sleep.
Either way I can't wait to finish with SRS, anal is so messy and foul.. It's become a chore >.>

My ex would nip off to the bathroom & use the shower to freshen up down below the few times I managed to finish the job, rolling over to go straight to sleep is a luxury only men can afford it would seem
