hi there, I've seen some topics about doing sports/working out before but i'm still not completely answered with questions, so sorry if this seems a repeated question but would greatly appriciate responses

I want to start doing kendo as my uni has a society and i've always been interested but currently debating whether to bind or not

I would like to bind (obviously) but I don't know whether it would be safe to with this sport, i have a large enough chest that i've never been able to get a sports bra method anywhere close to flat so would need to wear a binder; mine is an underworks one I find it in general comfortable and I often cycle in it with no trouble (well...no more than without, but i'm getting fitter/more used to the more hilly terain here)

the other thing is my balance is different (i'd say better when binding, but that might be wishful thinking)so i dont know how that will effect me, if anyone has any experience with the sport or other martial arts that'd be really helpful

thanks for your help
