How do I get rid of unwanted hair ( face and chest) and keep it off the older I get the more hair I get in places I do not want it to grow

The only permanent solutions are...

Laser hair removal (although it isn't 100% guaranteed as permanent)

Electrolysis

And hrt...which may come with "side effects" that you may not desire. Although you will need one of the two above options for your face; seeing as hrt doesn't effect facial hair.

Temporary solutions...

Shaving (time consuming, but IMO worthwhile)

Waxing (painful but lasts a long time)

Epilation (even more painful, but supposedly gets easier over time)

Depilation (nair, veet, and other hair "melting" chemicals) (note- not painful at all)

This is just an overview; feel free to research more in depth if you wish.

And they think we CHOOSE to be transgender/transexual...yeah right!

I gotta say I love my epilator but I shave on top. I have some really fine hairs ony legs and they break off instead of being plucked out, but all in all its not a wax and it leaves you pretty clean if you do it right and if you don't have super extensive coverage. Then laser or electrolysis is a consideration. Lookin at a certain laser system. Intriguing. If anyone else has any recommendations or stories by all means share the love of experience.

Blue Slush Puppies for all my friends!

Ok. Cherry too.

What about nose hair? :embarrassed:

It seems the more I pluck the more grows out! Is there electrolysis or laser recommended for this type of hair?

Not really, and it's a sensible zone. I use a nose and ears trimmer for keeping it controlled.
