North Country gets an A in my book.

It's inspired by the events surrounding the first class-acction sexual harassment lawsuit filed against a mining company in 1989.

I don't think I went a full 5 minutes without the hairs on the back on my neck bristling in anger at the way these skeezy male chauvenist pigs (and that's being nice!) treated their female co-workers.

I haven't been able to see it yet, but I plan too.  From the previews I have seen it looks pretty good.

A rare thumbs up from me too. Just out on DVD this week. A very important movie for m2f's although f2ms will no doubt like it as well.

Thankfully things have changed a lot since 1989 (and this includes unions too! :) )

LOL!

But its true -- not only it is a topic related somewhat to us, its also a well made movie. I didn't even stop my DVD player once  -- I have a short attention span and half of the DVDs I rent go back half watched because they couldn't keep my attention.  8)
