Frequency of DR visits when starting HRT

How long does it take to establish the proper MTF hormone level?  Do most girls return for tests within weeks, a month, or (?) after starting HRT?  Hopefully I'll be starting HRT this January, (1st Endo appt)

For me the first two visits after starting have been three months apart, then after the next check up it's going to be once every six months.  But each doctor may be different depending on your own medical history.  And how comfortable they are with HRT.  But your own doctor will be able to give you a better idea once you start your treatment.

Frequency? I've had two checks in 18 years. Both tests appeared to be within an acceptable range.
