Gender dysphoria is most certainly a source of stress for me, and quite likely for many of our members.  Though the linked article here is not directed at transfolk, it is well worth considering.

Don't stress! Reach for these items next time you're feeling under pressure, under the weather, or just too close to that breaking point. Munching on these stress-free foods will help pull you back into the game...

Hmmmm.

Turkey
Green Vegetables
Spinach
Sweet Potatoes

Sounds like thanksgiving dinner.  Great now I can stress about overeating.

It does not take courage or bravery to change your gender.  It takes fear of living one more day in the wrong one.~me

About the only food on that list I don't really like is broccoli.

Yeah, healthy foods aren't going to relieve stress for me. Its got to be pizza, liver and onions, lasagna, sketti or cheeseburger and fries. Sometimes, just candy will do it.

I pretty much exclusively go for the meat lover's pizzas unless I'm just getting couple slices at luigis, then its pepperoni since there is no real wait for that.
