Hiya. I'm not very good at intro posts, so, yeah, here goes...

So I'm 19, from the UK, and I started living as a girl last March. There's still loads of questions I have about things I can do to help myself, but I'm yet to have my first appointment with a gender specialist, and even then I'm not sure if they'll be able to answer me that well. So, might as well go to those who have firsthand experience, right?

So, um... yeah. I'm feeling in the spotlight now. Guess I'll see ya round :)

Hi Electricette, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 9984  strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister.

And be sure to check out these links ( MUST READS )

It does not take courage or bravery to change your gender.  It takes fear of living one more day in the wrong one.~me

Hi Electricette,

A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You're quite safe here and we are very accepting.

Glad to see you are starting your journey on the right foot. Makes such an amazing difference. And yes, it does help to ask those that have travelled the path before. A woman of many counsels is a very wise woman.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine

Hi Electricette,

I was originally from the UK, many moons ago. I was from Liverpool.

Then I was sent to Australia to improve the national IQ, it went up to 1!  I was also total failure at increasing the genetic pool!

Anyhow welcome and join on in. Feel free to talk chat explore and feel comfy.

Hugs

Cindy
