HRT and painfull hips

Hey ladies!

I have been on HRT for over a year now and have had nothing pop up that I could be concerned about yet, until now. I have a pinched nerve in my butt and it hurts so bad!!! You may laugh now. I really do. I have been adding more and more muscle then fat to my posterior in the last 5 months or so, Im just starting to notice it. I get the pinched nerve and why its happening, I also know how to take care of it. This hip pain just made me really take notice of them lately. They also ache alot.

I was wondering if yall have had the same or similar issues?
