Kia Ora,

In my younger years I had the good fortune to do quite a bit of travelling through South East Asian- Western/Northern and Southern Europe, the Caribbean 'Jamaica'  and a spell in North Africa 'Morocco'...

Well this thread is not so much about travel[unless that is the reader wants to make it such], I was thinking more along the lines of the different kinds of exotic foods I've come into contact with...

One fruit stands out, and this is the Durian fruit, one could smell it a mile away and for many this fruit's smell, was not pleasant-but the fruit itself was delicious [Not only did I like the taste, I liked the smell as well-but then I'm weird anyway]...

This sign BTW is a real sign...

So what exotic weird and wonderful foods have you sampled ?

BTW I found a shop in Auckland that sold Durian flavoured yoghurt ice lollies...I also brought some chewy Durian flavoured lollies on my travels...
