First meeting

I had my first meeting today with a new therapist and it was great. I had none of the feelings I had a year ago when I went to my first therapist. I was confident and proactive in conversing with her. Also, she is female and for me it makes it much easier to talk to her about this. She is kind of pricey ($145/session) but it's worth it since she's much closer anyway (20 min. drive compared to 1 1/2-2 hours).

Sounds great.  The price, you're worth every penny... right?  Not to mention you save time and gas.
