Quote from: Hideyoshi on April 29, 2013, 10:19:42 AMOkay so I'm on day four of Spiro, and every night since I've been taking it I've had weird vivid dreams, and I sleep a little deeper. I've always been a really light sleeper so I guess that's a good thing. However, the first day i took it, it was in the afternoon and the dreams were even weirder. I've been on estradiol for eight months with no change in sleep so its either the Spiro, placebo, or whatever.I dunno, anybody else have weird dreams or different sleep after Spiro?

Stage-IV sleep, also called R.E.M. sleep, is where you do most of your dreaming. If, for whatever reason - probably more along the lines of lessening anxiety - the spiro has helped you sleep well, then it is natural you would dream more.
