So im wondering, is living part time and not passing in the faintest too early for FFS or BA? I hardly leave the house and am wondering so that when i start to pass i can start full time sooner. I know some will say why do what people online say to do but im just looking for suggestions on timing. Also I'm not planning on going big with the BA, just a B cup which is only a cup size bigger then i already am.
I need a hero to save me now, i need a hero to save my life, a hero will save me just in time!!

I don't see why doing BA and FFS now would be bad for you

Depends, how long have you been on HRT?

Be forewarned, doing breast augmentation before about the 2-3 year mark on hormones, and you might be surprised with a late growth spurt that messes with them.

FFS, there's not as much harm in doing early, but I'd still wait until maybe 1.5-2 years on hormones before you go changing things that might work themselves out and end up being a non-issue once the 'mones have done their work.

If you have been on them for that long already, then really it's just a matter of what you feel comfortable with socially. If you're still not out to many people, well, it's going to be a lot harder to hide what you're doing afterward, so just make sure you have a solid plan to tell people if they question.

In that pic i was on hormones for about 2-3 months and that was before i lost my job. To the point of a late growth spirt, I really wouldn't mind because of my hopes for DD's to EE's any way, especially with being a size 12\14 depending on the brand.

Based on the pic, I think you are in a better position than what you claim in your first post.

I think it differs between people.  I would prefer waiting before considering any of those procedures.  There are two things worth considering.  One, the hormones may work wonders for you, so you may be able to avoid spending all that money on surgery.  Two, if you are only part time, these things might push you into full time.  That's not a bad thing, but you want to be ready for that.  If you are ready and have the cash on hand for everything, then I don't see why it would be too early for you.  It's more or less based on your comfort zone.  And it sounds like you are ready based on this post.

I say go ahead at least with the FFS it can only help.

I think you misunderstand. It's not a matter of size, but a matter of the tissue growing in and messing with the shape, making them possibly look either very fake or lopsided or having the bumps in the wrong places. Again, I would HIGHLY recommend waiting for BA until they have reached a point where they're reasonably close to their full natural size, which usually doesn't happen until the 2-3 year mark.

I'm admittedly just going on what others have posted on the internet, so this isn't first-hand experience, but there are many TG blogs which mention meeting girls who jumped the gun and get breast augmentation a few months into HRT because they were afraid that their breast tissue would never grow, and then lo and behold, they grew, growing up and around the implants, giving them a very abnormal shape.

Oh ok, yeah i thought you were talking overall breast size lol...now if only i can find someone who can do the FFS and calf reduction in the same surgery. I'm considering Rumer because i herd she is amazing but don't know if she does the calf reduction or not

I didn't even know they could do calf reduction. Isn't that dangerous? It seems like they could mess up pretty easy and you'd not be able to walk. But I no nothing about it so that's just my first thought.

If you worried about passing breast that large can only bring attention to yourself. One of the important parts to passing is not to draw attention to yourself and big breast bring nothing but attention. So people are more than likely to notice other things you would prefer them not to see. As far as your pic is concerned if I make a suggestion if you haven't had it done yet get your eyebrows shaped up I think that would help greatly. This early on I wouldn't put to much pressure on yourself to pass just go out have fun. And try not to let people get to you with their stares. While it may seem easier to wait until you pass it really only holds you back because their is a lot more to being a woman than just looking the part. And besides as you get further along it helps to look back and say wow look how far I've come.  :)

I wish i looked as good as you do. If I were you I would concentrate more on voice an movement than FFS or BA (based only on that slightly blurry picture)

Like 75 percent of trans women never achieve a C cup and only half get to a B cup. I actually don't know how these stats were calculated but it would seem to make sense that anything above a C is out of reach for most trans ladies but maybe not. I think to get EEs you'll need BA. I think a lot of boobage is dependent on the rounding out of the breast as opposed to actual elevation above the chest wall. I have good elevation but what I need is more rounding out in the center of the boobs. If I could get some rounding in the center I'd be great.

In any event, hope you get on HRT again soon and achive your dreams  :D

After seeing a lot of the before and after pics here about people saying it's only hormones that made the changes, I'd not only recommend waiting that 1.5 to 2 years for BA, but also doing so prior to the FFS. Hormones may very well make the changes you want to see now, but just take a little longer.

What about removal of facial hair?  FFS can make electrolysis more problematical.

If you need to lose your facial hair, that should be done first.

Well considering i have a slight case of gynecomastia, I'm starting off with an A, almost B cup, so that normal might not apply and also why my dreams are set so large.

Yeah that will def help your chances. I really do hope you get it and I also think if you had some gyno beforehand it also prob means that you are receptive to estrogen which also should help your cause!
