So I have been after some shoes for awhile particularly something very feminine preferably some heels and don't want to break the bank. Problems finding a trans friendly store and something in my size much less something cute or sexy. My feet are 12.5" inches long and 5 inches wide at the widest across the ball of the foot. This put me into solid male size 14 EE or Size 15 normal which fits better, or a Euro 48, for womens I have translated this to a size 16.5E to 17E, someone please correct me if my conversion is off. I would love to go to a store and just test drive some heels but don't know where to start where would be friendly or at least tolerant. Secondly is finding my size even online this has been hard the cheapest pair being at zappos and rather stuffy office style heel that is $56 dollars before shipping and only comes in black in my size. I realize $56 may not be a lot for a pair of heels but considering these are crap quality and would be like $15 dollars at payless if they had my size I cannot see dropping $56 dollars on them. Any help for the girl with giant feet wold be appreciated.
Zappos shoe for reference - rsvp macall peep toe black leather size 16W still a bit small for me http://www.zappos.com/rsvp-macall-peep-toe?zfcTest=fcl%3A0
Same at payless$35 and bogo just not in my size http://www.payless.com/store/product/detail.jsp?catId=cat10088&subCatId=cat220004&skuId=131719060&productId=72802&lotId=131719&category=&catdisplayName=Womens
These are more along what I would like as style and are reasonable costbut quality could be better can't always have everything

Hi Adella,

Large size feminine shoes can be hard to track down.
Finding them at a bargain price is very difficult.

I too wear a Euro 48 in Birkenstock sandals and  US Men's size shoe in the range 14D through 15E depending on the manufacturer.  I shop on the internet for all my shoes, as I have not found any retail stores within 300 miles of Portland, Oregon USA that stock my size in Women's shoes.

I have had good luck at http://www.barefoottess.com/
You can filter by size and they often have 15 and 15W shoes that are large enough. Most styles will have a "measurements " tab that is very helpful in determining which styles are running large.

The styles they have available change multiple times a year, so you have to keep checking  (today, the selection was very limited, the most feminine were a couple of large Wedges.
The best bargains are when they have a 30% or 40% off sale.

You may want to check out http://www.shoesofyourdreams.com/
They are a bit more expensive, but often better than a many of the internet sites that specialize in feminine clothing in men's sizes.

PS Sorry for the slow response, I haven't had time to to keep up.
