breast form test run for BA

I have a pair of size 9 breast forms that i wear in a 38C or 38D bra. My mom and 2 sisters are all an A cup or less, i'm in my mid 30s, and would love to be a D+. I'm seeing a BA in my future. I actually measured the volume of a form to be 520ml. How big of implants would i need? Would bounce and hang like the real deal or am i going to have to just take what i can get? Thinking under muscle, saline since i'm scared of leaking silicon.
