Hi! Orchiectomy with Dr. Arnkoff, help please!

Hi! I'm new to this site, but have been lurking for a while now. The reason I just signed up is because I am in need of answers. I have been on HRT for 13 Months and am not full time. I am very much interested in getting an Orchiectomy with Dr. Arnkoff in Southfield, MI because he will perform on informed consent. When I called his office, he answered hello. Why would a Surgeon answer his own phone? He also seemed a little unprofessional. Does anyone have any experience with him? Is he legit? His website says board certified urologist is that all you need to be to perform this Surgery? Sorry if I sound ignorant but any experience or help is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.
