E-mails from Susan's Place

I signed up on Susan's with an e-mail address that I rarely use. Today, I actually checked that e-mail, and my god, I had hundreds of e-mails from Susan's Place! Mostly things like "so and so sent you a PM" etc. and things related to being on News Staff -- all of which I get just from coming on here.

Is there a way for me to turn off the e-mail alerts? I come onto Susan's often enough where I don't need e-mails.
