I don't know if it's because I lost weight... or because my shoes were on at my first physical...
I am now 5'10" instead of 5'11". I suspect my shoes were *off* at my first physical... I have always identified myself as 5'11"
Maybe I was just always wrong?? Weird...
In any case... that means about a -5 lb hit to my goals. I recently updated my goals and height on MyFitnessPal... BMI normal now starts at 175 (vice 180) and I put my goal at 170 (20 lbs from where I'm sitting now). I'm getting back on track!!
