Hi from Down-under!
I've had a brief visit to Susan's before, but only reviewing specific questions found during a search......so now having the chance to look closer, I can see this forum as a friendly community and a considerable knowledge base.
A Kiwi femme from New Zealand. I'm married (25yrs) with two sons. My SO knows of (Dawn) and while understanding is still on a learning curve with the complexity of it all. I don't fit into a category well, and slide readily from the fem CD to Transgender spectrum without fuss. That's not say I don't not know where I have been, where I am going or how I should get there, but that the trip is like a new ride each day! HRT has been initiated and I am happy not to have had to go through the Therapist & Counselling hurdles that so many others have had to endure to justify what they want. I have not by-passed the system, I am confident and knowledgeable enough to know what is going on in my life without the need for someone to reiterate the facts.
I still have a lot to learn and perhaps can share some of my experience. I will be back to add to my profile but thanks for letting me part of the community.
