Transgender website tracking/photos/names

Not sure if this the proper forum, but someone told me about a year ago, that there is a website that documents/tracks transgender people, their photos, their name, and their location.

I can't seem to find the website though.  I remember seeing it because my pic was on there. 

Does anyone know about this website?
