Name change in Pittsburgh

I saw an older post about changing your name in pa. However I was wondering if any one knew about how much it cost or would cost to change your name in Pittsburgh. I have a good grasp on how to do it its just the cost that I don't know.

Im not sure who all this will help. But the GLCC here in Pittsburgh directed me to contact transgenderlegal.org. They originate out of NY and have a few branches else where one being here in Pittsburgh, They are getting me in contact with an aturny on a pro bono that will help with my legal name change. they have a wed site that tells the locations they are at.
