How long do you go on HRT ?

(Sorry if the title isn't very precise but I am french and I didn't know how to say it)

So, I wanted to know if HRT must be done all your life or if after a certain period you could stop it. I don't want to take medication all my life and also I have only one kidney so I don't think doing it would be a good thing for my kidney.

If you wish to be feminized, estrogen and anti-As are needed, if you don't they are not. Some people find low dose E or just AA quells their problems
