New recipe - scrambled egg and bacon 'pie'

We were at a street market a week or so ago and neither of us had breakfast, egg and bacon pies were for sale. He loved them, so did I!!

Thought I'd try them.

Four eggs, equal volume of milk, blend, strips of bacon and add to puff pastry in a foil tray.

Cover in Hollandaise sauce, and enjoy!

Definitely going to give them a try.

Very similar to what I make except mine have pastry on top and some mustard inside the mix

They look yummy!  But I'm on low-carb. I will see if I can find a low carb replacement of the puff pastry though
