My rule of thumb for FFS - most trans women do not "need" FFS strictly speaking, yet at the same time most trans women can benefit from FFS to varying degrees. I think it's pretty clear that you don't "need" it but if you want it, to help in accepting yourself more, go for it! 🙂

So after a rough few weeks I am back! Also now 11 months on hrt. Thought I would do a little before and after thingy.
