Inconsistent intake of testosterone?

Hi, I am currently undergoing HRT. However, my prescription is in small dosage bottles (xxxmg per M/L) and my needles are quite small as well. I'm supposed to take xxmg per week. However, I'm not sure why, but I am never able to take this full amount. When I first open the bottle, I am able to get the full xxxmg. Then, the next week, I am only able to get -xx-xxmg out. This inconsistent testosterone intake has been bothering me because it happens to nearly every bottle. Are there any side effects to this inconsistency and do any of you have advice how to take all the t out the bottle?

(I have tried injecting air into the bottle and all of that, but still only around -xx-xxmg come out the second time around.)

I'm not sure if I understand it correctly.
Are you saying each bottle contains only x mL, which contains xxx mg T?
And you need xxx mg per week, so you are trying to draw 0.x mL each time, but can not empty the bottle completely so every other shot will be lower in dosage?
If that is the case, here are some solutions I can think of:
1. Ask your doctor to switch your script to x ml or xx ml vials.
2. If your do not feel affected by the peaks and trough, you can switch to biweekly injection and finish the whole bottle every time.
3. Start with a new bottle each time, draw the amount you need and dispose the rest.
4. Draw the whole x mL into the syringe but only inject half of it, keep the syringe but use a new needle for the next week.

I wouldn't do this.

Talk to you doctor about getting another size vial from somewhere, including legit online places that take prescriptions - it is really hard to get the last bit out no matter what, so relying on the total amount for each dose to be completely consistent out of a tiny bottle is not great

Not necessarily, that's why I put it at last. Occasionally I have to do it, but I definitely don't prefer to, because I can't draw back to check for blood. So anyway it comes with greater risks. Ask for new scripts first, those 1 mL amps are not made for multi-dosage use.
