Been dealing with shin splints lately, horrible. I can't imagine running right now or any kind of hardcore cardio (which I need to be doing) in order to drop some of this weight.
Any tips on how to quickly heal this so I can start working out again? OH and another pleasant thing happened this morning.....
I had the ice pack on my right leg this morning, and apparently I left it on for too long and burned my leg
it hurts so badly! I'm trying to deal with these darn shin splints and now I gotta deal with this burn on my leg.
