Nipple question

I'm scheduled for double incision top surgery on December 17.

My understanding is, you do NOT get nipple sensation back with nipple grafts, ever. My nipples are too large, and I want to do away with them completely; just have small areolas. My reasoning being that I hate the high-beams through shirts, and I've never much enjoyed them sexually, either. I do want the areolas for appearance, and perhaps have a small nipple tattooed on them later if I feel the need.

My surgeon says he uses a quarter to trim the areola, which I think is too large. I'm thinking nickle size.

I would really appreciate reading your experience with your grafts and nipple size,  appearance, and behavior.

It depends on the shape of your chest, maybe?  I'd say mine were the size of a nickel, though - definitely not as large as a quarter.

Nickel sounds about right. Not that there aren't dudes out there with quarter-sized, sure there are, but I wouldn't have been happy with that as a surgical result.

My whole nipple and arealoa is a quarter size. Just the nipple is a little bigger than the end of a pencil.
