Help Toronto Girls!

Hey, I'm new to this forum and I just had so many questions!
First of all, I want to know how the process go when i go to CAMH? (My appointment waiting list was 1 year which is coming in 3-4 months)
And i'm planning to begin HRT starting from late may- june and will they not write me a referral to get SRS if i don't have longer period of hormone therapy?
And finally, I heard OHIP covers the SRS for Dr.Brassard in Montreal and I saw that the requirement included minimum one year full-out experience. And I really don't feel comfortable presenting myself as female while looking like obvious male will this be a problem in terms of getting my approval for my SRS?? Toronto girls hep me! :/
