Hey there!

I've recently begun corset training and had a few questions for anyone with expertise and / or experience.

First off, is corset training even a viable option for bringing in that bottom, floating, rib or a waste of time?
Are there other, even surgical options?

Second, I almost always go into a fight or flight panic mode whenever I put on my corset even when it is so loose that I can fit my entire hand between my body and the fabric. I'm guessing this is psychological, unless even the slightest bit of restriction on one's diaphragm can potentially push that person into panic mode.

Should I attempt building up, I.E. wearing the corset for ten minutes, and then twenty, and then thirty, with the corset loose and slowly tighten it over time?

Any advice?

Thanks!
