I need advice for sizing and exercising in binders. 2 questions.
1. Do I have the right size/can I wear M?
I was wondering if I could go up a size to M and still bind relatively well. It's ok and expected if the binding is not as flat as the S size, but I'd like to trade in less flatness for more comfort. The binder I have now binds well, but it feels tight and I wonder if I could get a looser one, because I'm a little worried for my health. I can get it on and off over my head through some special moves...
Would it be possible to get the "it's like it's not there" feeling with an M?
I'm (hopefully) starting T soon, aka in a couple of months, so I think my torso will get bigger, with muscle or shoulder width, I exercise quite a lot. Should I wait until my torso is bigger and my S binder is more decrepit?
p.s., I'd buy a brand new binder, because I'm international and the round shipping is more than the binder itself.
2. Exercising in binders
I was thinking of buying a bigger size loose binder for exercising, what do you think? I exercise in a very stiff-like material, and my chest looks flat when I relax already, though when I pull my shoulders back the material stretches over my chest and it's not so flat.
I was thinking an L size is good, what do you think?
