They key to success with any fitness plan is to stick with it. Make it part of your daily routine, like brushing your teeth ( I'm assuming you do,
) . Most importantly, plan the workout time when you are most likely to stick with it.
My best time slot is between 8 and 9 pm, because when it comes to physical exertion I'm not a morning person.
Also make sure that your workout time is not interfered with by any other social engagements ( unless absolutely necessary); make it your top priority.
Don't punish yourself if you miss a workout or two per week because of unavoidable interference from other life stuff ( happens to me often enough); just keep going back to it as if nothing had happened. It's part of life.
Stick with your workout for at least 12 weeks; by then you will see results that you will not want to give up and it will have also settled into your life routine.
The results will really be worth it.
