So im new to all this. Ive got in contact with a psychologist to start. But is there a better option a recomended place to go? Im in melboure any advice would be helpful

Hi Lily;
You might want to come along to our Alphabet Soup support group. It meets on the third Tuesday of the month. Unfortunately I don't get there very often as I live 150K from Melbourne, although at the moment I am in the Northern part of Australia for 3 weeks
