This was originally posted in this thread but was removed. The original was posted in a place where it could be removed as well so I traced the table back to the original source. I am not the original poster of this information and am only restoring information that I found very useful

This table converts frequency to musical notes. I prefer it because it only takes about half a page of paper to do this so and I have it in the back of a note book cover. The inside of the notebook contains Susan's TOS  (well I am a moderator), Password list for the many sites I have access to and World time chart. I do so much work with voices and I am constantly needing to convert from notes to Hz, a unit I am comfortable working with.
