Exceptional Voice ...Don't do this.......

Okay, so I found this nice voice, and then wrecked it last night.  After using it all day, my voice was tired, and then, Marcy and my daughter started me laughing over something dumb.....I don't even remember what it was about.  I laughed so hard, my voice cracked, and the more it cracked, the harder I laughed.  My daughter said my face was as purple as the purple tee top I was wearing.  Anyway.....I hurt my nerw voice, and today I'm recovering   .  Oh yeah, to top things off, my therapist called today to double-check an appointment, and I went "into voice" for the first time today(I've been resting my voice).  She probably thought she had Kermitt the frog, and not Beverly   

I guess the upshot of all this is, don't strain your voice, or it will set you back.  Lesson learned.
