'A transgender woman fears for her life after she was attacked in her native El Salvador and stabbed 58 times, the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) reports.
Neila (not her real name), 26, told the UNHCR that she'd been attacked several times before, but that this was the fourth, and worst, attack, and it finally prompted her to leave El Salvador. Currently, she's living in Tapachula, Mexico"
