"Two people met through Orange County's transgender community, one later administered silicone to the buttocks of the other and the transgender woman later died.

On Thursday afternoon, Liborio De La Luz Ramos accepted a plea deal from Orange County Superior Court Judge Gassia Apkarian, pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter and unauthorized practice of medicine. The 45-year-old Santa Ana resident was immediately sentenced to three years and eight months in jail—minus 630 days already served."
