"A 30-year-old man was convicted Friday of killing a transgender woman in Baldwin Park.
Stephen Justin Gonzales was found guilty of first-degree murder in the slaying of Vanhxay Inthichack, 26, of Baldwin Park, who was found dead on Sept. 9, 2013, in the 13900 block of Francisquito Avenue.
The coroner's office listed Inthichack's cause of death as multiple injuries."
