How can I get puberty blockers.

I'm wondering if it's possible to get them without my mother finding out. I'm really unhappy in this body however if I tell her she just won't believe me or tell me that it doesn't make any sense as I was so girly as a a kid and wore dresses.

Welcome to Susan's place. Puberty blockers are powerful medication and need to be closely monitored so you are talking about a doctor. You need to alter your diet and drink plenty of water for them to work properly. I have already looked at your second post and yes, you will have to tell your parents. The blockers would prevent breast development, may allow you to grow taller and would help reduce the uncomfortable feelings that you have. We can help you explain this to your parents but they may or may not help you. Without the blockers, your transition will be more difficult but there is a limit to what we can do. Feel free to ask me any questions you might have on this thread and I will do my best to answer them. I am not sure of your age, but we have a youth section and if you are older, the guys can mostly be found in the FTM section.
