The bill, proposed by Democratic Assemblyman Evan Low, would stop government funds from being used by state employees to travel to any state with a law used to discriminate against LGBT people. "

Would be way cool if it passed, but I'm not optimistic.

I'm surprised, but it would be great if they did it. Suppose it passed- does that mean travelers traveling to those anti GLBT states would have to pay more to get there?
