testicle pain from estradiol?

I've been getting some pains in my testicles (both sides) after being on estradiol and finasteride for about a month and a half. I'm not on spironolactone due to side effects, so the only thing that's kind of an anti-androgen is finasteride. But I understand it's effects would be minimal as an anti-androgen.

Is this normal?

I've been on estradiol, spironolactone, and finasteride for several months, and I have not noticed any pain there.  I would consider calling your physician just to be safe.

I agree.  I don't think pain is expected so if it keeps up more than a few days or gets worse you should talk to your Dr.

I get occasional twinges. Neither of my doctors seems concerned. I just assumed it was due to their shrinking but by all means you should consult YOUR doctor.
April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

I had a dull ache for a while, but I attributed that to the fact that I wear tight underwear.

I had aching in my gonads when I started HRT and for about 1 year. I am on E (high dose IM), spiro (low dose), finasteride and progesterone. My gonads shrank considerably and I attribute the aches to the shutting down and shrinkage of the gonads.

If you are worried call your HRT doctor.

Orchalgia can have other causes so you might want to see a urologist.  I've had it for about a year left side only and occasionally bad enough to bend me over which is not good if you are sitting on the front pew at church.  :)  My urologist did a nerve block back in December which helped for a couple of months but the pain is back.  I see him again tomorrow for a procedure to make the pain go away forever.
