But imo it does not make much sense to concentrate on one technology.
It is surgeons who are doing operations.
And those surgeons usually operate for years and have developed kind of a packet which they use.
There may be some kind of adaption possible. Like asking for a bit more depth ... or more generous labia.
But usually they stick to their routine.
So its not only a flap technology you are talking about. Its one surgeon who has a packet that comes with advantages and disadvantages.
With all advanced techniques, very good surgeons and a good outcome the result should come close to what is expected.
Remember there is also a lot of variance in cis vaginas.
So ... advantages and disadvantages of one surgeon...
-usually very good depth
-usually look with generous labia
-secondary sensate organ
-longer healing time
-possibly painful dynamic dilation
-some well endowed candidates reported some problems
Imo it makes more sense to look at what surgeons offer instead of only comparing techniques.
