List of pros and cons of penile inversion vs Chonburi flap

What are the pros and cons of the Chonburi flap vs penile inversion?

This is for long-term planning – there is no way that I will be having GCS for several years.  I am hoping to get a bulleted list of pros and cons of each technique.

What I (personally) a looking for, in order:

• Tolerance of post-op screw ups (I have ADHD so I forget things a lot)
• Sensation and functionality
• Ease of long term maintenance

Not to worried about depth as I trend lesbian.

I understand that you try to get a clearer picture.

But imo it does not make much sense to concentrate on one technology.

It is surgeons who are doing operations.
And those surgeons usually operate for years and have developed kind of a packet which they use.
There may be some kind of adaption possible. Like asking for a bit more depth ... or more generous labia.

But usually they stick to their routine.

So its not only a flap technology you are talking about. Its one surgeon who has a packet that comes with advantages and disadvantages.

With all advanced techniques, very good surgeons and a good outcome the result should come close to what is expected.
Remember there is also a lot of variance in cis vaginas.

So ... advantages and disadvantages of one surgeon...
-usually very good depth
-usually look with generous labia
-secondary sensate organ

-longer healing time
-possibly painful dynamic dilation
-some well endowed candidates reported some problems

Imo it makes more sense to look at what surgeons offer instead of only comparing techniques.

From what I know of Suporn its really critical you dilate properly and its quite a rigorous process. If you don't you'll end up with problems and a poor result. You can get a great result but you do have to work for it.

I'm not sure what you mean by ADHD and forgetting, but you must dilate 3 times, then 2 times, then once a day for the first 3, 6 and 12 months. If you can't keep it up I think you should consider another surgeon.

Long term, a year or more post-op, apparently its much easier, and I've read that it gets really easy as time goes by.

By forgetting I mean that I will often forget to do things in the middle of the day, or get distracted.  Sounds like Suporn would not be a good fit, but then I am talking far future and my organization may have improved.

Is there a document (such as a spreadsheet) that lists each major surgeon and the attributes of their procedures?

What might be a pro to some people might be a con to others. If you live in Thailand and speak the language then a surgeon being in Thailand might be a pro, to everyone who doesn't live in Thailand it's probably a con. In several years some of these surgeons might not even be doing surgeries any more.

You usually get a table with times of day to dilate.
So if you turn that into an hour plan like at school you can easily get through a schedule.
A possibly painful procedure remains though. And its a longer healing time.

Well you say its some time away for you.

Would it be a possibility to read a few descriptions, and look at a few videos, just as general overview ?
And to get an impression on how the whole process works ?
Like how dilating is ... different recoveries, in hotels or in recovery centers ...

And if the time draws closer, like two years in advance, to really get down on surgeons ?
Its well possible there are new techs integrated in the future. There are lab grown vaginas already.
