Iv'e gotten myself upset for some reason
i keep having problems with the understanding i'm not alone on the fact i may not want a beard not that i hate them or love them, but just prefer not to? I guess i want to listen to others who feel the same and i'm on a mission to settle myself down by hearing someone else relate.
I know this is silly, but it came up today after something happened...and it triggered me.
I just don't feel that excitement that same reaction everyone else has over things and that is the perfect example. I feel so wrong for my choices simply because i dont have the same reactions most do. :(
i never thought about how great of a example of my feelings that was until today..... :(

Well HRT comes in a packet.
There are some desired effects and some that may be not so desired.
Maybe its possible to have not the highest dose, you might talk about it with an endo.
For effects you could look up a pdf called hormones-FTM.pdf . They are described there.

I'd say you are not the only one who does not want all the effects.
Maybe a lower dose can help trigger a bit less beard growth.
And if necessary there is laser hair removal (if you have dark hair .. otherwise its electrolysis), thats what MTF people do.

Yea, that is basically my plan i just sometimes wish someone would completely be in that same boat, even though that isn't possible. I don't know this was probably more of another repeating vent i hope when i get onto T it wont happen as much. I talked my endro we are going to do a smaller dose i am just waiting for blood test results. If it turns out i don't like it 100% i might put cash into doing that but its a lot....when i don't even have a g.e.d let alone a job. But i have a feeling it wont be 100% hate and i can probably deal, so that's one plus. :) Anyways thanks for responding i appreciate it.

No people are exactly the same. But there really are a lot of people who do not like some effects. Maybe you can talk to others to see you are not alone there ...

There are people who had good effects with silk flash n go devices ... they are even available used (all at your own risk...look at what you buy and from whom), with exchangeable cartridges. Some people invest a few usd. If its for the face not that many flashes are needed. It just takes a few months.

Being on T for 5 months I'm not as excited as I was when I first started. I'm worried I'll never look how I imagined I would. Plus I really dislike body hair so it's starting to make feel a little but uneasy. I want people to gender me as a man; but I don't want to end up looking like a mountain man. I'm trying to take one day at a time; I'm starting to like how my body looks but it's a very gradual process.

I'm not big on beards or body hair either.

I'm so used to shaving etc. that shouldn't be a problem for me to continue doing it where I don't want the hair. If you don't want it you can remove it... I know a few guys who don't like their body hair and remove it.

Unfortunately T will cause it to grow, but there are some guys who are naturally just not very hairy... my boyfriend is very naturally un-hairy on the body for example. Not a single chest hair on him. It's apparently different for everyone, depends on genetics, T levels and so on. It may be that you do not grow much body hair at all, or that it is such a slow process that you eventually become adjusted to it. I imagine most genetic boys aren't always thrilled at the prospect of shaving or body hair either. But they have several years during puberty to adjust to it.
