So after almost a month on low dose, here are my stats -

TESTOSTERONE,TOT,MALE,ADULT
                       [L]  234 NG/DL   

ESTRADIOL            [H]  143 PG/ML

I don't see my doc until next week, so can anyone tell me if this is good, bad, what...

Estrogen is pretty good, as many doctors shoot for around 200 but the testosterone is high so expect a change in the blocker. Normal feminine levels would be 6-86.
